A MESSAGE TO ALL PARENTS & CARERS

Kickeroos Classes ONLY (this does not apply to Development Squads)

 

We understand how frustrating constant change of venue has been this year.

In 14 years of running Kickeroos, we have never had such heavy rainfall causing constant ground closures. The hardest part to take sometimes is when the sun is shining but the fields are closed due to water logged fields. 

As I'm sure you know, the field closure is totally out of our hands and we often get told with minimal time to move sessions.

Our aim at Kickeroos is to give the kids the best possible experience, to grow and develop each and every player so they can reach their full potential.

We really understand your frustration and we can assure you we are trying our best to accommodate you all.

Our preference would be OUTDOORS every day at Centennial Park or your chosen venue when you enrolled.

At this stage we have put the following provisions in place, effective Saturday 29th October;

•  IF YOU HAVE BOOKED INTO AN INDOOR SESSION -On Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays @ Church in the Marketplace - Bondi Junction (exception Monday 31st October, Indoor venue is Margaret Whitlam Indoor Court - Waverley)

• IF YOU HAVE BOOKED INTO AN OUTDOOR MORNING SESSION - all classes will be held at Centennial Park - Lachlan Reserve or Lower Cooper Park, as per your enrolment.

• If grounds are closed on either Monday / Thursday or Friday, you will be moved to Church in the Marketplace - Bondi Junction (exception Monday 31st October, Indoor venue is Margaret Whitlam Indoor Court - Waverley) - this will be advised via text message.

• On a Tuesday or Wednesday, if the grounds are closed then your session is cancelled and you can book a make-up class as we have no access to an indoor venue. You will be advised via a text message.

• ALL AFTERNOON SESSIONS - Your enrolled venue is Centennial Park - Lachlan Reserve. If grounds are closed we will endeavour to find a suitable outdoor venue - you will be notified via text by 2pm of the day of your class if there is a change of venue - otherwise your session will take place at your enrolled venue.

• SATURDAY MORNINGS for Term 4, we will remain at Gunyama Synthetic - Zetland. 

• SUNDAY MORNINGS for Term 4 - due to ground inconsistency / closures we will relocate to Moore Park Synthetic Field on Sundays 30th October, Sunday the 6th and 13th November (further advise will be provided for the following 5 weeks.
